The Brown Bulletin: Gotta love girls

I'm learning that it's fun to have a girl because you can take pictures of them just because they have an adorable outfit on! Sophia was our little preppy school girl at church on Sunday and I couldn't pass up a photo opportunity.

Once she got dressed she wanted to help her Daddy. She picked out this tie to go with her outfit.

Sophia's Conversations

While we're driving in the car...
Sophia: "Me have a baby in my tummy!"
Me: quiet
Sophia: "A big boy tummy!"

2-5
TJ was playing puppy with Sophia and pretended to be afraid of a balloon. Sophia says, "Don't worry, I'll save you!" (as she gives him a hug).

2-4 (Sitting at the dinner table)
Sophia: "Mom, daddy no like milk anymore."
Me: "Really? What does he like?"
Sophia: "Daddy likes soda!"

While Sophia is playing, she chants, "what the heck?"

1-2
Sophia: "You naughty boy!"
Me: "hey, I'm not a boy, I'm a girl. Is Sophia a girl?"
Sophia: "no"
Me: "what are you?"
Sophia: "Me a princess!"

12-17
Me: "What do you think is wrapped under the tree?"
Sophia: "A gumball"

Me: "What should we get Daddy for Christmas?"
Sophia: "A Motorcycle!"

Sophia: "Mom, look...(as she's pointing to her leg)"
Me: "What? Did you get hurt?"
Sophia: "ya"
Me: "What happened?"
Sophia: "An elephant got me!"

Sophia: "ME CAR!"
Me: "yes we're driving in our car"
Sophia: "NO, ME CAR!"
Me: quiet
Sophia: "Me drive car!"

TJ: "Sophia's so pretty."
Sophia: "no not"
TJ: "Then who's pretty?"
Sophia: "Mommy!"

Me: "Sophia what kind of birthday do you want?"
Sophia: "A Happy Halloween one!"

Sophia: "Mommy wake up!"
Me: "I'm still sleepy."
Sophia: "Wake-up, it's two-thiry o'clock!"

10-28
Sophia: "No want to go there."
Me: "Why?"
Sophia: "Because!"
